Part 4 features one of my favourite pieces- the seductive Mistress of Taboo PSYCH feather bra!! Again, it’s the only of its kind; made from these gorgeous long black feathers which fan down the sides of your torso and then complemented by the black, hand beaded straps on the back.

This next part features two matching pieces. The first is the New York Doll electrifying purple metallic structured blazer. Made from this amazing (totally glam) metallic lurex jacquard with an authentic PVC shiny lapel; it’s beautifully lined with in built subtle shoulder pads and finished with a bold shiny button. The second piece is the gorgeous Lady Thrill bustier made of the same fabric with deluxe jeweled centre panel and bust.

Introducing part one of a series of photographs from a shoot done last week showcasing what is to be launched very VERY soon and up for you all to purchase (Date to be announced via my Facebook page). Each PSYCH piece from this collection, is the only of its kind and each individually designed and hand crafted by myself.

The garments which have been previously photographed on the blog will be among those launched as well as many others; including this gorgeous structured Leopard Leatherette blazer!  Made from the softest, quality leopard print faux leather with an authentic shiny PVC lapel; it’s beautifully lined with in built subtle shoulder pads and finished with a bold shiny button - Stamped inside with the PSYCH seal of approval.

I’ve been so busy with working on PSYCH pieces the last few weeks, that today I just needed a break so Rick and I decided to go to the movies. This was my outfit… Totally forgot I had this jacket; really need to stop neglecting so many of my clothes!

Wearing: Vintage velvet jacket, PVC pants, Vintage ruffled chiffon shirt, PVC fetish boots (bought online forget the name), Vintage studded belts, PVC gloves from Shag, Leather cross choker from Fokus, Vintage chains, Vintage sequin scarf.

// BLACK IS THE NEW BLACK

Last night I felt like dipping myself in lots of black lace. I was aiming to channel some sort of glam gothic princess; don’t think that really worked out but I had fun with this outfit anyway and I love wearing that skirt.

Wearing: Vintage bustier, Lace top which was my Grandma’s (R.I.P <3), Lace skirt from Visage n Vice, Black patent leather ankle boots with mirror heels from Wittner (a few years ago), One lace glove from Charley Weaver, Vintage belt.

// EXTRAVAGANZA ELEGANZA

Because I spend hours beading I need something to watch while I’m doing it – so I don’t lose my mind. My recent obsession is RuPaul’s Drag Race. I’m currently watching season 4 and so far it’s my favourite. Why? Because SHARON NEEDLES IS IN IT!!! HOLY SHIT SHE’S BEAUTIFUL!!! I’ve never wanted to look more like a man/woman/drag superstar!!

I’ve said numerous times before that I don’t look to the fashion industry for most of my inspiration. I think if you educate yourself too much on a certain creative subject you can lose that naivety that makes for great art. And eventually you’ll just find yourself mimicking those around you. I want what I create to be an honest reflection of me.  SO, I look to other areas for inspiration and it usually isn’t stemmed from fashion. Today…Sharon Needles inspires me.
